Prices listed are base commission costs. Platform service fees (e.g., Ko-fi) and payment transaction fees (e.g., PayPal) are not included and may be added to the final price.

This agreement is between me, Maki the Artist, and you, the Client.
_{ㅤ• By commissioning me, you agree to these terms. Failure to follow them may result in refusal of future commissions.
ㅤ• Please read carefully — I am not responsible if you fail to review or clarify these terms before ordering.}❥ General Terms
_{ㅤ• My work may not be used for AI training, NFTs, or cryptocurrency projects.
ㅤ• You may not claim my artwork as your own or resell personal-use commissions.
ㅤ• Editing or modifying my work without permission is prohibited.
ㅤ• I may decline any commission at my discretion.
ㅤ• Reposting commissioned work is allowed with proper credit.
ㅤ• Please respect my pace — if you need a deadline, it must be agreed at the start.}❥ Commission Process

ㅤ• Estimated turnaround varies by service (1–12 weeks).
ㅤ• Commission slots are reserved once payment is received.
ㅤ• Work order is based on my queue or the closest deadline.
Workflow (non-“blind” commissions):
ㅤ1. Sketch / draft – major revisions allowed (pose, composition, concept).
ㅤ2. Lineart / base – minor revisions allowed (small details, colors).
ㅤ3. Final render / animation – no revisions at this stage.
Major revision examples (extra cost):
ㅤ• Changing the concept, pose, or design mid-way.
ㅤ• Adding new characters, props, or major elements.
ㅤ• Replanning animation/emote motion.
Minor revision examples (included):
ㅤ• Adjusting color tones (hair, eyes, skin, outfit).
ㅤ• Small text edits (e.g., for panels or labels).}❥ Payment Policy

ㅤ• Payments are handled via PayPal (international).
ㅤ• Work begins only after payment is received.
ㅤ• Payment plans may be discussed for projects over $100.
Important: Platform fees (Ko-fi, etc.) and transaction fees (PayPal, etc.) are not included in listed prices and may be added at checkout.
Extra charges may apply for:
ㅤ• Private commissions (+50%) – not shown on socials or portfolio.
ㅤ• Commercial use (+50%) – applies to artworks only when used in monetized projects.
ㅤㅤㅤ• Commercial rights are already included for emotes, stream panels, and models.
ㅤ• Merchandising rights (+150%) – for use in products or resale.
ㅤ• Rush Fee (+50%) – if completion is needed under the agreed time.
ㅤ• Complex designs – new outfits, mascots, or models without references.}❥ Refunds & Cancellation
~ Full refunds are only possible if:
ㅤ• I cancel or cannot finish your commission.
ㅤ• No work has started within 3 months after payment.
If work has already begun:
ㅤ• Commissions under $50 are non-refundable.
ㅤ• Commissions of $50 and above may qualify for a 30% partial refund,
depending on how far progress has been made.
Refunds are not possible once progress has begun, except in the above cases.
Chargebacks are strictly forbidden and count as a violation of these terms.~❥ Usage Rights

ㅤ• Commissions are for personal use only, unless commercial rights are purchased.
ㅤ• Existing character rights remain with their creators.
ㅤ• I may post progress or final works on my socials/portfolio unless the commission is marked private.}❥ By ordering, you confirm you’ve read and agreed to these Terms of Service.
